SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Charges are as follows:

$7 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA 

$7 flat fee for residents in Colombia through all states.

For international shipping charges may vary depending on final destination.

Process of orders and shipments: 

Each order will be processed within a period of 3-5 business days. After this period, the shipping period within the United States is 1-3 business days. At Colombia is 1-5 business days. International shipping will be 20-30 days respectively. We don’t process shipments weekends and holidays.

International Services:

Once the package has been shipped out of United States, JC ALLURE LLC will not be responsible for any delivery that may be affected by providing the incorrect address or information at purchase, customs, natural occurrences, transfers of USPS to the local carrier in your country, strikes, air and/or land transportation delays, or other fees, or additional customs or back-end charges.

Import Duties & Taxes:

Once package has been shipped out of USA JC ALLURE LLC will be not responsible for any extra shipping charge. International shipping may vary depending on final destination. You are responsible for any additional charge at customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you paid at JC ALLURE LLC. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact his/her Country’s custom office in order to receive shipment.

Possible Delays:

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Returned Shipments:

If you return a shipment from JC ALLURE LLC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to JC ALLURE LLC.

Once package(s) are received and processed at our shipping hub, we will process the refund minus the shipping amount paid at the moment of purchase.
